The Auchroisk 20 year Old Cask Strength 2010 Release has been aged in American and European casks.

It is Old Gold in colour and on the nose I received a rich creamy vanilla sensation. The palate gave a burst of sweetness followed by more creamy vanilla almost creme brulee, very soft and pleasantly slightly oily. water opened it up giving sultanas and Muscavado sugar with a dusting of white pepper.

A fairly recent distillery, the first make was produced in 1974. Also known as The Singleton of Auchroisk which is now unavailable.

The distillery is run by Justerini & Brooks for their blends.
