The Cragganmore 1989 21 Year OLd 2010 Release has matured in refill American Oak Casks.
Mid Gold in colour, a mild nose with hints of apples and almonds. The palate a complex variety of spices, cinnamon, white pepper and cloves, water brought out hints of vanilla and stone fruit.
5856 bottles were filled at 56%abv.
Cragganmore distillery was founded in 1869-70 by John Smith (Owner of Ballindalloch and Glenfarclas). The current Owners are Diagio. The water source is from The Craggan Burn.
Cragganmore Distiller has 2 x wash stills and 2 x spirit stills. The capacity per year is 1,600,000 Litres. It is currently active and producing.
