Highland Park 30 year old whisky was first released in April 2005. By its very nature, this whisky is only available in limited quantities. It is said to be the ultimate expression of the distillery’s character and is beautifully presented.

Bouquet: Spicy, aromatic, nutmeg and darkest chocolate
Palate: Force 9 Flavour, toffee, dark chocolate orange and Hobbister Hill peat
Finish: Rich, long, smokey and surprisingly sweet

Highland Park is an old distillery founded in 1798 on the site of an illegal still. The distillery has four stills. It is at present the most northerly distillery in the British Isles...just, the peat for the lightly peated malt is cut nearby, and used in it's own maltings, this is then blended with unpeated malt from the mainland.
