This Littlemill 1991 expression was distilled in January 1991 matured in refill Bourbon casks and bottled in July 2010 at 43%. It is one of Gordon and Macphails Connoisseurs Choice Lowland range of whiskies.

Littlemill was one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland, dating from 1772. Since that date it has been rebuilt, closed, reopened, then closed again. Now, once again it's closed - terminally! It is now flats apart from the managers house. At one time, until 1930, it used triple distillation. The stills unusually had a rectifier to give better control over the spirit.
