This Rosebank 1991 13 Year Old expression from independant bottler Signatory was distilled on 27.11.1991 then matured in Bourbon Barrels numbers 4735 - 37 before being bottled on 08.09.2005 at 43%abv.

897 bottles were filled.

Rosebank is considered one of the great Lowland single malt whiskies, possibly one of Scotland's top five distilleries. Rosebank operated a triple distillation traditional in lowland distilleries. Mothballed in 1993, it is doubtful it will ever produce again, the stills and copperwork have been reputedly stolen! The whisky was triple distilled and likened by some to a more robust Highland malt.
