St Georges Chapter 11 Single Malt Whisky has been distilled by David Fitt in March 2008 then matured in ASB casks numbers 643,644 and 645 then bottled in June 2011 at 46%abv.

It is a heavily peated/smoky single malt whisky.

St George's Distillery is England's only registered Malt Whisky Distillery. The first whisky being distilled in November 2006. The distillery sits in a willow field on the banks of the River Thet and is the perfect location to produce the finest whiskies.

The water for distilling is from a huge fresh water aquifer under the distillery, giving cold, crystal clear and pure water.
