St Georges Chapter 9 Single Malt Whisky has been distilled by Ian Henderson, matured for a minimum of three years in American 1st fill Bourbon casks then bottled at 46%abv.

It is a peated/smoky single malt whisky.

St George's Distillery is England's only registered Malt Whisky Distillery. The first whisky being distilled in November 2006. The distillery sits in a willow field on the banks of the River Thet and is the perfect location to produce the finest whiskies.

The water for distilling is from a huge fresh water aquifer under the distillery, giving cold, crystal clear and pure water.
