Church Road winery based in Hawkes Bay in the North Island of New Zealand is one of the oldest wineries in New Zealand.

Tom represents the pinacle of winemakinfg. It is a Bordeaux style wine only produced in outstanding vintages, made using red winemaking equipment especially imported from France. Tom is the culmination of several factors including the best terrior. it also represents over ten years evolution of red wine making and working with the technical assistance of the French partners from Domain Cordier.

The name Tom was inspired by Tom McDonald, who in the 1940's to 1960's laid the groundwork for quality New Zealand red wine at Church Road.

This powerful, tight and textured wine will keep for 8 to 10years.
