Welcome to Arkwrights
Whisky is our passion and for some years it's been our business as well. The website was launched 5 years ago and we are delighted that so many of you visit it every day from all over the globe. Available from both our whisky shop in Wiltshire and our online shop is a superb range of single malt whiskies, wines, spirits and beers from around the world. At the last count we had over 700 different whiskies in stock so we are usually able to despatch your order the next working day at the latest.
Our aim has always been to provide a friendly and informative service, and with so many whiskies to choose from then you may need some help. You can use the search facilities in the side bar or for an advanced search facility click here. If we don't have what you are looking for contact us and we will be happy to try to obtain it for you. We are always more than happy to discuss with you in person or via email any product before you buy. Our whisky, wines and spirits are available to buy online or, if you would like to come and visit us, our shop in Wiltshire is open seven days a week until 9.00pm and we would be delighted to see you.

NEW IN – THE RARE & VERY SPECIAL 50 YEAR OLD DALMORE CANDELA WHISKY
We are excited to tell you that we are one of the few retailers in the UK to stock this unique expression of the Dalmore, which is limited to just 77 bottles worldwide. Incredibly, whisky from 1868, 1909, 1922, 1939 and 1951 has been fused together to create an expression that not only spans several different periods of history but is also a small piece of history in its own right. A whisky like this comes along very rarely, and it combines the skill of the original whiskymakers with those of present day Master Distiller, Richard Paterson - who has watched over these casks for 4 decades and has now brought them together to make one brilliant single malt. Kingsbarns Distillery - Doug's story
Doug Clement comes from Fife and, along with Greg Ramsay from Tasmania and Bill Lark, of Lark Distillery in Australia, he wants to join the growing band of small scale distillers in Scotland. Their dream is to establish a whisky distillery and visitor centre at Kingsbarns near St. Andrews, Fife and Doug has written a short article for us about how this project came about.
